The last two weeks were pretty busy. First, I did these simple heart cookies for an engagement party - the customer requested them in hot pink and teal. Sometimes it's nice to get a simple, easy cookie order.
I've done these cake cookies with rosettes a few times but this time I tried a more script-like font which I think is much prettier than what I had done before. You can see the other cookie here: http://sugarmamacookiessf.blogspot.com/2011/09/wedding-cake-cookies-with-roses.html The flowers look almost black but they are burgundy. I think the cookies looked better in person.
Last but not least - these stork cookies below were done for a boy baby shower. I think they came out pretty well. My husband liked them and he can be a tough critic!
These snowflake cookies were made for wedding planner, Sheila Dizon from Event Solutions San Francisco. Check out her website and logo here: http://www.eventsolutions-sf.com/
I think similar cookies would be cute for a winter wedding with the couples' initials or with a special message like "Thanks!"
