The pumpkin and cat cookies were inspired by Halloween decor that my sister found at West Elm which was done by local artist Wendy Addison. At least I think she is local - her website says that her shop is in a tiny town north of San Francisco, "Port Costa". I've never heard of it but it looks like it's somewhere in the East Bay.
